Do you have a donor vehicle? You need a transfercase with shifter, a frontdriveshaft and if it's vacuum disconnected, the vaclines harness and I think cannister. But the cannister may be present because the heater valves are vac powered allready.

Did I miss something?

To add to what Fletch posted, I think it is best to get a matched transmission and transfercase and install them in place of the 2wd transmission. You will also need a front driveshaft.

Nix's idea is the best way, a complete donor vehicle and do a one for one swap. Then again, if you had a good running donor 4wd Cherokee it might be easier to keep the 4wd and sell the 2wd.
