Beard Seat Covers for Yamaha Rhino

I can't believe I am having to post this, but has anyone put a set of Beard covers on their Rhino seats? My covers did not come with instructions. I thought they'd be the easiest things to install but not the case. I can't get them to stay over the edge of the seats and they almost don't seem like they are the right size.

There's also a rubber flap that would seem to need to tuck into the outside of the seat but it doesn't seem to be going in the right direction. Before I return them, I wanted to see if anyone has installed a set of these yet.
