Default radius arm bushings

does anyone know how to change radius arm bushings? on a 1993 ford ranger?

i havent done it my self but the advice i was given was to drill out the factory rivets from the bushing brackets and replace them with (good bolts) my is was done like that before i bought it

on mine there is just a nut and bolt and the whole assembly comes off.
