Fitting 37\'s on my 2005 Dodge Ram?

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab 4x4 with 35x12.5R20 Toyo M/T's! I currently have a 3" Sky Jacker Add-A-Lead and a 2.5" Front leveling kit and I want to up it to 37x13.5R20! I don't want to do a suspension lift because I am cheap and will be spending all my money on tires as it is, so will a 3" Pro Comp body lift accommodate enough room to fit 37's?? Thanks for your input!!
