2001 F-350 Lights are Flickering??

I am having a problem with a 2001 F-350 V-10. All the lights flicker while the truck is running - dash, dome, clearance, head, tail, etc... Even the voltage gauge on the dash bounces to the same beat. Almost like there is a pulse in the lighting circuit. It's very consistent...not like a short or bad conection.

The truck has a new alternator and Battery. Both have been swapped for testing purposes and nothing changed. Although when you unhook the battery while the trucks running, the flickering stops. This is very interesting....but only puzzled me more.

Any tips would be appreciated!

Hey, I have the same problem. Did you find out what the hell went wrong. I would gladly appreciate it. This is very frustrating. THANX OD
