TOW GOAT ????

I have a friend & his father built a TOW GOAT it had a Briggs & stratton 3HP motor but it was geared so it could take 2 teenagers both 200 lbs plus & 2 deer dragging behind it up any fire trail,, My friends father has sence passed away along with the wearabouts he got the plans from ,,They looked like minnie bikes but went slower due to the gearing ,, Can anyone help me here??

I hang out in the Jeepster & short wheel base areas but would love to build a few of these TOW GOATs
