Planning to make a Sandblaster.

Hello there
I am planning to make a sandblaster to take out surface rust of parts before painting them. I searched the web and found the followind design. Please let me know what you think of it and any improvements that can be made in it.

Looks like a good idea. My only concern would be cutting a tank that has held propane, seems dangerous but never the less a good idea. I wonder how many PSI a system like that would be able to generate, if it can be sealed up correctly.
