short circuit on FJ75?

Hey guys,
Problem: when I turn on my ignition, my park / tail lights come on. I know it's going to be a real mission to find the problem, but can anyone suggest where and how I should start looking? The truck wiring is standard, apart from three sets of spotlights, running through three seperate 30 amp relays, and an extra electric radiator fan.
Any advice much appreciated
