Default Which mod first: High-Comp Piston or Cam?

I am looking to get some modest gains in my next performance update. Should I get the high-comp piston or cam or both? Which one should come before the other? Thanks for your help.

They should be done together. However if your doing this on a budget, get the piston first.

Really depends on your ultimate goal. What do you want to do with the quad etc...Cant really get you a blanket answer for that. What kind of quad?

It is a Honda 300ex. Have currently a Dyno-jet kit along with a removed airbox and an aftermarket foam filter. Also have a White-bros ss header mated to a DG Xcellerator stage 1 tunable (disc) exhaust system. Nice power, but I want to continue riding, while making the most out of the power available. Hope this helps for any and all that have contemplated over a similiar situation.
