blind mans alley

a buddy and i entered into the kansas krawl 4 at randolph next week. one of the events in the competition is a blindfolded driver negotiating a course with only the spotters instructions.

any tips or tricks for this ?
2-way radios help?
if so are they legal to use ?

standard voice commands?
