2001 ford excursion

I am wearing out upper ball joints? I replaced upper and lower on the driver side with Moog parts. A few months later I replaced the passenger side. The drivers upper is worn again. No lift kit, but I do have 285 as oppossed to 265 tires on it

ford just burn up ball joints. not sure why, or if you can really do anything about it other than get good at changing them.
