Exhaust Manifold Torque Specs

Just got a '97 Sportage with some broken studs, which I'm taking care of. Does anyone know the head and lower end exhaust manifold torque specs? It'd really help me out! By the way, where are the spark plugs located, so I can change them out. I can't readily see them!! Many Thanks!!
